Prospectus

On 25 August 2006, UraniumSA lodged a prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission for the issue of shares to the public. An amendment was made to the Prospectus and a Replacement Prospectus issued. The UraniumSA IPO closed over subscribed on 25 September 2006 and shares in UraniumSA began trading on the Australian Stock Exchange on 18 October 2006.
