Russel Bluck - Managing Director

Russel Bluck was a founding director and remains Managing Director of UraniumSA. His passion for geology has seen him spend more than 40 years in field exploration, which lead to the discovery of uranium at Samphire. He is an exploration geologist with a broad range of geoscience and corporate consulting experience.

Russel was the driver behind the establishment of UraniumSA, which was listed on the ASX as a public company in October 2006. He is responsible for building the company's operating capability and designing and implementing its exploration and development programs.

Tom Phillips - Director

Tom Phillips was our Founding Chairman and now holds the position of Director.

His experience and understanding of business strategy and systems in the Australian manufacturing sector has been a major benefit to the company.

Tom also holds Board positions with State and Federal government entities, mining companies, not-for-profit organisations and manufacturing companies.

Alice McCleary - Chairman

Alice McCleary is a Company Director and chartered accountant.

Her professional areas of expertise are in financial management, corporate governance and ethics. Alice brings a unique breadth of experience to the UraniumSA Board.

Alice also holds membership and Board positions with several corporations and committees across the public and private sectors.

David Paterson - Director

Mr Paterson is a geologist and Company Director, having worked during his early career with Zinc Corporation, Minerals, Mining and Metallurgy, New Guinea Goldfields Ltd and BHP Exploration.

He is a member of the Australian Stock Exchange Limited and brings experience derived from a 20-plus year career in stockbroking and capital markets to the Company.

He is a Fellow of Financial Services Institute of Australia and a Member of The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Damien Connor - Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary

Damien was appointed UraniumSA's CFO in 2011.

He has well developed financial analysis and modelling capabilities and provides accounting and Company Secretarial services to the Company.

A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 2002 Damien has 10 years finance and accounting experience including 5 years in the mining industry.

Damien holds a Board position with HeartKids SA.
